GymOS by Growsia (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions designed for gym owners, fitness studios, trainers, and athletes. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users and their registered gym members.

• Account Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and authentication details.
• Member & Athlete Data: Names, contact numbers, membership tier, fee payment history, attendance logs, and workout records entered by the gym administrator.
• WhatsApp Platform Data: Phone numbers, message delivery status logs, and transactional receipt logs processed via Meta WhatsApp Business Platform APIs.

GymOS integrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver automated renewal alerts, payment receipts, and workout plans. We never sell, rent, or share member contact details with third-party advertisers. Message dispatch is strictly transactional and requested by the gym operator.

We employ strict industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based database access policies (Row Level Security), and secure credential storage for all API tokens.
